Join Zoe Kanat, meditation, mindfulness teacher and yoga nidra facilitator, for a workshop on self love, clearing tension and learning to rest.
Zoe will guide us through the first phase of the Daring to Rest™ program, which is a system for taking back rest using an ancient yogic sleep tool that feels a looks like a nap.
