This Yin Yoga immersion workshop is designed to bring the deep, transformative essence of Yin yoga back to the forefront. As Yin yoga has become more mainstream, some of its potency may have diminished. This immersion will reintroduce you to Yin yoga in its most authentic and profound form—through a 2-hour practice where you’ll experience the true depth of Yin Yoga.
We’ll dive into the essence of Yin, exploring how this practice can unlock stagnant fascia and release physical and emotional blockages. The goal is to free your body and mind, inviting more space and happiness into your life.
In this Yin Yoga class-style workshop, you’ll learn not only what Yin Yoga is, but also the remarkable benefits it offers. We will examine how Yin Yoga works on the physical, cognitive, and energetic levels, all through a deeply powerful practice.
You’ll feel into the physical purpose of each pose. After all, if you’re not practicing with purpose, what are you practicing? Allowing the potent physical intent to guide you will unlock the doors to meaningful change—mentally, energetically, and emotionally.
Through this experience, you’ll get to know your skeleton and identify your unique compression and tension points. This awareness will allow you to truly understand where to soften and release within your practice.
Prepare to be inspired, prepare for great insights, deep release of stagnation, a powerful practice which might just reshape your understanding of Yin yoga and take you to new, unexpected, and wonderful places.

About Mysan Sidbo
Originally from Sweden now living in Australia and teaching worldwide, Mysan is passionate about sharing well-being with the world.
Her journey into functional movement, exercise and yoga started early. She started studying anatomy at 18 years old and has never stopped. Mysan studies with world leading anatomists and she is in awe of our amazing bodies.
The interests in movement and anatomy took her to teaching sport and exercise in forms of spinning, water gymnastics, kayaking, snowboarding and personal training, and for about 20 years now, yoga has been in the mix. Yoga quickly turned into a lifestyle rather than ‘only a practice’ and that is how Mysan sees yoga today.
“For me living yoga means a functional flow on every level of my Being, to my innermost cell. I try to always allow functionality, a variable, ever-changing, open, moving, evolving, and continuously learning mindset, heart, energy and body”
