Join Mysan for a deeply nourishing Yin yoga practice designed to support you physically, energetically, and emotionally, as we connect to the heart—not only as a vital organ but also as a powerful energy centre.
In this immersion, you’ll be guided through a series of nurturing Yin poses specifically sequenced to elevate your heart awareness, amplify your sense of love, and open the energy of your heart. This practice will support not just your physical heart, but also the tissues, organs, and systems that surround it, fostering holistic well-being.
What you can expect:
Heart-Centred Yin Poses: Each pose is carefully selected to stimulate the heart, arteries, veins, and surrounding tissues and deep fascia, unlocking physical freedom within your “heart tree.” You’ll experience a profound opening and healing that nurtures both the heart and the energy it holds.
Integral Anatomy Insights: As an integral anatomist, Mysan will explain how the heart impacts your entire being—physically, emotionally, and energetically. She’ll share the profound magic of the heart as the centre of vitality, connection, and compassion.
Energy and Empowerment: Throughout the practice, Mysan will tell the story of your “heart tree”—a beautiful metaphor for the life-giving power of your heart. You’ll feel empowered by both the anatomy of the heart and the energy it radiates, discovering new depths of love and compassion for yourself and others.
By the end of this practice, you’ll leave with the physical benefits Yin provides, but also with a deeper connection to your heart, a greater sense of self-love, and a renewed ability to open to others. You may even feel inspired to listen more closely to your heart, trust its guidance, and perhaps even wear your heart on your sleeve!

About Mysan Sidbo
Originally from Sweden now living in Australia and teaching worldwide, Mysan is passionate about sharing well-being with the world.
Her journey into functional movement, exercise and yoga started early. She started studying anatomy at 18 years old and has never stopped. Mysan studies with world leading anatomists and she is in awe of our amazing bodies.
The interests in movement and anatomy took her to teaching sport and exercise in forms of spinning, water gymnastics, kayaking, snowboarding and personal training, and for about 20 years now, yoga has been in the mix. Yoga quickly turned into a lifestyle rather than ‘only a practice’ and that is how Mysan sees yoga today.
“For me living yoga means a functional flow on every level of my Being, to my innermost cell. I try to always allow functionality, a variable, ever-changing, open, moving, evolving, and continuously learning mindset, heart, energy and body”
