Work From Home Wellness

Thursday 18th June

The ways in which we sit, stand and move at work have a profound effect on our body and our wellbeing.

Happy Melon is thrilled to be hosting Osteopath Victoria Chambers for a discussion on ergonomics and how to keep your body healthy and happy while working from home and as we start to head back into the office. Tune in to learn some tips and tools on how to tailor your ergonomics for the best results for you and gain some knowledge on how to keep your body from feeling stuck and sore at the end of a work day.

This is a 45 minute workshop, followed by a 15min Q&A. Topics that will be covered include:

  • What is ergonomics and why is it important
  • How to tailor your ergonomics for your specific work tasks
  • How to stay mobile throughout the day to avoid feeling stiff, sore and stuck
  • Tips, tools and simple exercises to improve your health while working from home
