Simple Tools for Self-Healing Workshop
There’s no question that 2020 has been unspeakably challenging for everyone around the world and as a result there are many people who are struggling through job loss, financial hardship, loneliness, relationship stress and parenting stress. During these incredibly stressful, uncertain and unsettling times it’s easy to fall into a pattern of feeling stuck in survival mode. In this two-hour workshop you will be provided with a range of tools, research, resources and meditation practices to support you through the process of recovering from adversity.
The Workshop Will Cover:
+ The impact of stress and adversity on your mind and body
+ How to deal with the overwhelming emotions that arise during difficult times
+ How to release feelings of shame that coincide with life’s setbacks
+ Healthy coping mechanisms that will help you foster resilience
+ Self-care and self-compassion practices to support you through the healing journey
+ Strategies to help you rebuild your confidence and rediscover your lightness
We invite you to join course facilitator Meg James online in an intimate, engaging, compassionate environment where you will connect with and be supported by like-minded individuals within the Happy Melon community.
