“When you give someone their personal mantra, it’s like whispering eternity into their ear.”
Mantra Meditation is an ancient technique derived from India, and is one of the most simple, elegant and powerful practices to de-excite the nervous system and allow the body and mind to experience profound rest. This style of meditation can be practiced to transcend our everyday thinking and habitual behaviour and experience a deeper level of being and higher, more expansive states of consciousness.
In this course you will:
• Be introduced to the principles of meditation, its history, Vedic philosophy, releasing stress and karmic blockages from the nervous system;
• Participate in a sacred Vedic ceremony, where you will receive your personal mantra based on Vedic astrology and learn how to integrate this effortless practice to caress your soul and deep inner wisdom;
• Explore the practical aspects of meditation and share experiences, challenges and answer any questions so that you feel confident to continue your self-directed daily practice; and,
• Plough through the walls of perception to shine light on higher states of consciousness and explore how we can access these blissful states through the regular practice of mantra meditation.
This style of meditation is particularly helpful for those who ‘struggle’ to meditate due to a busy, restless mind or are looking to take their practice to the next level.
