RU OK? Day

R U OK? DAY | SEPTEMBER 10th

On Thursday September 10th we’re here to support you.

R U OK? Day is Australia’s national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?”. This campaign aims to help those who may be silently struggling in their lives and are in need of peer and professional support.

This year’s message is ‘There’s more to say after R U OK?’

Through mindfulness and meditation we’re able to cultivate a greater awareness not only for ourselves but for those around us. We’re also able to learn and embody valuable qualities such as gratitude, compassion and kindness.

 

FREE CLASSES

We have found an incredible sense of community and connection through our online classes and on September 10th we want to share this special feeling with as many people as we possibly can. That’s why on R U OK? Day all our classes are complimentary.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Looking for a way to implement R U OK? Day in the workplace? These 4 options are a wonderful way to connect with our team of meditation and mindfulness facilitators on the day and bring the initiative to life. Pick one, or combine them together to create a meaningful, mindful day for your team.

  • Kick off the day or a team meeting with team check-in and awareness based guided meditation.

  1. MINDFUL MORNING TEA
  • 20 – 30min
  • Bring your cuppa and take a collective pause to connect, calm and promote clarity for oneself and those around them.
  • $195 + GST
  1. LUNCH AND LEARN
  • 45min
  • Get curious about mental health, cultivate a greater awareness and be equipped with simple tips and tools to manage stress and anxiety.
  • $395 + GST

  1. TEAM RETREAT
  • 60min – 3hrs
  • Give your staff permission to go on a ‘WFH retreat’ to nourish, enrich and restore balance.
  • Flexible schedules available incorporating mindfulness workshops plus meditation and movement classes.
  • $ P.O.A

Example schedule:

  • 45min Mindfulness & Meditation workshop
  • 45min yoga, Pilates or fitness class
  • 15min grounding meditation + closing
