Move. Breathe. Feel. Heal.
Experience the signature Coherence Collective Method – all about dropping into the body, releasing what we don’t need, and having fun.
This isn’t your average wellness workshop.
It’s an unstoppable combo.
First, we move.
Nourishing, mindful movement to shake up your energy and bring you home to your body.
Think Pilates, yoga, somatic flow, and cheeky cardio pops to get your body buzzing and your smile growing. Zero pressure, all presence.
Then we breathe.
Using the breath as our anchor, music and sound healing to guide, we drop into the body — letting go of what no longer serves us, releasing tension, and regulating the nervous system. This is where things start to shift — in the best way.
Next, we feel.
Guided journaling for manifestation and visualisation. Breathwork shifts the brain into theta and alpha wave states, making this the ideal moment to rewire your subconscious, call in what lights you up, and create powerful shifts.
We’ll close in connection.
With an optional sharing circle, warm tea, and nourishing nibbles.
Because healing is best done together.

What to expect:
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Bring a journal and pen for the guided journalling
This workshop will include movement, breathwork, journaling, nourishing nibbles and take home goodie bag.
