Mindful Self-Compassion and Sound Meditation

Join Vivienne (Mental Health, Meditation & Mindfulness practitioner, @a_mindful_mind) as she shares the powerful practice of meeting inner criticism with Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
Our session begins with Vivienne introducing two seemingly opposing motivational forces: compassion and criticism and how to balance their influence for long term peace and values aligned living.
You’ll then have the opportunity to call forward your compassionate side through a carefully curated journaling exercise, followed by a gentle sound meditation to round out this experiential workshop.
Sound meditation allows the integration of the practice through deep relaxation, you will leave this workshop feeling a sense of ease and connectedness to self.
