Mindful Self-Compassion and Sound Meditation

Join Vivienne Law, Happy Melon Meditation Teacher and Mindful Self-Compassion + Meditation Practitioner (@a_mindful_mind) in this nurturing and restorative practice.
Feel seen, heard and held as Vivienne shares the empowering practice of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Our evening begins with Vivienne sharing the essence of MSC from clinical and lived experience over a brief talk.
You’ll then have the opportunity to explore and deepen your own self-compassion practice through carefully curated sound meditation in the warmth of our High Street Studio.
Sound meditation allows the integration of the practice through deep relaxation, with space for journaling after your meditation, you will leave this 90 minute workshop feeling a sense of ease and connectedness to self.
