In a large pot or Dutch Oven cover whole chicken with water and add…
Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours, remove the chicken from the pot, shred or roughly chop and return to soup.
Add:
Season with Salt /Pepper / Chilli Flakes if desired. Serve and enjoy!
