4 Week Meditation Journey 

Coming Home is a 4-week long meditation retreat aimed at anyone looking to explore the unique opportunity for self development that time in home isolation presents to us.

Over 4 weeks we will take a deep dive into the practice of meditation, using its insights to cultivate a deeper and more loving relationship with ourselves. The course will integrate Buddhist philosophy with our modern scientific knowledge of the nervous system, in the aim to enrich our understanding of ourselves while helping us navigate uncertainty with peace and ease. This course is structured as a personal meditation retreat, to be completed in the comfort of your own home, however, to further facilitate your practice and deepen your understanding of meditation, we will cover such topics as:

  • What is Mindfulness?
  • Understanding the nervous system and how to help regulate it through meditation
  • Befriending the Self
  • What does it mean to be conscious and what is the true nature of the mind?
  • How to find meaning and purpose in uncertainty
  • Understanding compassion and how it can help us
  • Questioning the nature of happiness and how to cultivate it from within
  • How to truly thrive while being with yourself

COURSE DATES: April 20 -May 17 | 8:30am-9:30am, Monday to Friday (all sessions will be recorded and sent to participants to catch up or for future reference)
