We can’t thank you enough for all your kind words and support over the last week as we’ve worked to launch this exciting new offering. It has been so amazing and uplifting to see all of you who have already tuned in, moving, sweating, breathing and connecting with us online.

BOOKING AND ATTENDING CLASSES (PLEASE READ!)

• Book via MindBody on your computer or through the app on your phone
• Please book at least 15min before the class start time
• Between 5-15min before class you will receive an email with the Zoom link for your class (note: you will not receive the Zoom link at the time of booking. Please watch your emails closely prior to the class start time as we send you the link to join right before class!)
• Approximately 5min before class time, the video link you were emailed will become live
• If you click the link before the class has been made live you will see a screen that says ‘waiting for the class or meeting to start’. Once the link is made live you’ll be prompted to join with audio and video.
• Please ensure the email address linked to your Mindbody account is the one you check/use regularly as this is where the link code will be sent to. Please update your account if this is not the case or reach out to us and we can update it for you.
• Once your class has started there will be a short meet and greet with the teacher (just like any regular class) during which you can choose whether to have your audio and video turned on/off. Once we are ready to begin, all participants microphones will be muted, so you will only hear the teacher speak.

STUDIO MEMBERSHIP AND CLASS PACK UPDATE
We have changed our process around existing Memberships and Class Packs:

• You can now transfer your Annual Membership or Class Pack to cover your HM LIVE classes
